I feel like a total dork asking this, but I am desperate...LOL When you take your measurements, how big are your arms? This is why I'm asking...I *know* that I am getting some definition. My shoulders and biceps especially. And I can *feel* my muscles. In fact, the other day I had my arm bent pointing back behind me and Timm accused me of "flexing" cuz he could see my bicep! LOL. BUT....when I look in the mirror I still am overwhelmed with the "flab" I see! So, I'm just trying to gain some perspective, I guess. I know how hard you've worked and how great your arms, look, so I guess I'm looking to see how I compare, kinda. Not to get better than you, but to get a better idea of what I might *really* look like since my self body image is so screwed up.

I'm a dork...sorry!

ROFL- let me go check & I'll be back in a minute.....

Ok, yes you are a dork, but a totally loveable & sweet dork!! And it's ok because I'm a dork too, just ask Greg!! :blush2:

Anyway..... my bicep at the *peak* unflexed is 10.5" & flexed is 11.5". I don't think my arms have changed in size that much, but the shape is amazing now!! I'm still not perfect, but I have the *dip* in my bicep & you can actually see the shape of my shoulders! I love it. But, I have to say it's from lifting heavier weights w/ Cathe Friedrich. I slimmed down my upper body from the upper body pilates but am building some muscle now. (of course, now I have to take a little time off from the weights til after the marathon... :sorry: )

Take some pics, I wanna see your arms!!! Come on, don't tease us like that!!

Hugs,
Jess

Thanks, Jess! I know..I'm a dork.

My biceps and shoulders are getting some definition, but I still feel like I'm fighting that flab that hangs down, ya know? I'm not sure it's my tricep...it's probably just fat I need to get rid of. LOL

Wow, lots of people are interested in my biceps, so you aren't a dork!! ;)

I am still working to get rid of the flab on the back of my arms too, there isn't as much there anymore but it's still there!! Keep it up girl, you're doing great!

Jess

Or they're just interested in what kind of freakish question I'm asking you! LOL.

Any suggestion of specific things to do for those chicken wings?
