I'm really, really, really liking this DVD! It is broken up into an all step workout (30 minutes), then there is the Step Fusion which is 3 step sessions (10 minutes each), and in between is weight work with hand weights. Then there are "add-ons" of upper body (20 min.), lower body w/tubing and hand weights (20 min.) and abs (10 min.). Each time you use it you can mix it up so it's different. I always do the full 30 minute step, then try and work my way through the fusion part, too, but so far I peter out during the second 10 min. step session! Then I do at least one add-on session.
Today was the first day I tried the abs and its was O.K. It was all on the stability ball. Just about 5 moves total, but you know she blasts you with the reps! I was hoping it was a little longer with more variety, but my abs were burning so I guess that is all that matters.
Thanks for asking and thanks for reccomending Cathe!

Yeah, Cathe rocks w/ the premixes & add ons!! I love her DVD's! I'm glad you're liking it now. I just got her Kick, Punch, & Crunch DVD that has a 51 min Leg & glute weighted workout on it also. That's my *treat* for the marathon training, but now I have to wait til after to do it!!
Yep, she kills ya w/ those abs. I love the roll-ins, & prone planks, & pikes on the ball, you'll be sweatin' by the end!! You're welcome, it was actually Kim (cab0899 who posts here sometimes, are you lurking, Kim?) who had recommendeded her to me ages ago!! If I had a step, I'd order some of her step workouts, maybe a good Christmas gift???
Hugs,
Jess
