I just had the Southwestern Chicken meal for lunch and it was pretty good.
I was not sure I would like the different types of grains, but it was really tasty and filling. I believe there were 16g. protein and 6 of fiber in this one. There are several different varities. I almost bought the Sweet & Sour Chicken instead, and one is all veggie. I will certainly try the other in the future. Just thought I would share.

Oh I hope we have these in Canada.
I owuld love something with so much protein that I heat up at work, when I don't have time to make a proper lunch

Oooh - sounds promising! It might be a while before they offer these out in the boonies where I live - but a year from now when they finally do, I'll remember your review. lol

I tried 2 samples today at Costco and they were yummy and very satisfying!! One was the sweet and sour chicken and the other was a chicken/pasta one. They were both tasty!
