Dh is going to the bank tomorrow and I am a little nervous

I know he is only going for an idea of what they will loan us. For those of you on the March board you know why but I have to say I am a little nervous. I know we are doing great with saving and almost debt free so I know how impressed our bank manager was before when dh told her how much we'd saved. I just worry they won't loan us enough to get the house we want. We'd love to build but it is very expensive and I just don't know if we'll be able to get that much. Sorry just needed to whine a little
