Did you PYBO today, walk/run, do yoga, or other strengthening exercises today?

Have a great day! :P

It was my first day @ the gym today and boy did I get my butt kicked! ;) (But I loved it!) So, I did 30 minutes pilates w/ ball, and then the trainer showed us around the equipment she wants us to start off with. I did not do the full circuit, but tried out each piece of equipment to see what weight and setting I should use. I think I will be very sore when I get up tomorrow--but I love that too! :yahoo: I will try the buns and the abs class next week and do the full circuit after. I am looking forward to taking tomorrow off. :hugs:

Did a slow 6K after work. I could have run all night but I had a toe nail rubbing against another toe. It was really bugging me by 6K so I cut my run short then. Didn't want to have a cut or blister as I'm doing the Breast Cancer 5K on Oct. 1.
