I've been doing Crunch PYS Pilates off and on for a few weeks. She does a "prep" move for the 100 and as I was doing it, I realized I was actually coming up into the teaser position without realizing it! Ok, not what I was supposed to be doing but I was thrilled.
Anyway what it is....start on your back and your knees bent (she says so that they are stacked over your hips, like in a 90 degree) and arms back. As you come up, extended your legs to the 45 degree angle and voila, you're there!!! I still kind of wobble a bit and have to adjust my arm height to balance but I'm getting in the position and can hold it there.
Just wanted to share and hopefully it will help someone else to be able to do those darn things!
