Here are the details:
Would you like to be one of the biggest bunch of losers XXXXXXXXX has ever seen? Come, play, and see how much of a loser you can be.
Beginning Monday, October 2nd and ending Friday, March 2nd the willing ladies of XXXXXX may enter a “Biggest Loser” contest. See if you can lose the biggest percentage of inches, fat, and weight and win the losers’ pot of money.
-Entry fee: $100 (payment plans may be arranged for office employees only). All entry fees go toward the losers’ pot.
-To win the pot, you must lose the greatest percentage of body inches. (The tiebreakers, if needed, will be the greatest percentage of body fat, then percentage of body weight.)
-For office employees only: if you lose at least 15 pounds by the end of the contest, XXXXXXXX will give you your $100 entry fee and buy you dinner.
-First “weigh in”: Monday, October 2nd. Midway “weigh in”: Monday, January 8th. Final “weigh in”: Friday, March 2nd. You will weigh in privately with XXXXXXXX. This will be completely confidential except for the midway percentages and the winner’s final loss (and that loser should be proud).
Since, the entry fees are the winnings of losing, the more to enter the better. Please invite your female family and friends to join the competition.
Please see XXXXXX for more information, concerns, or additional suggestions. Sign up by Friday, September 29th by sending an e-mail to XXXXX.com and become one of the biggest losers.
I haven't decided if I'm in or not....I'm not sure how I feel weighing in to someone I work with......

Do it girl, just do it girl!! That's a great opportunity. The person that you are weighing in with has to keep it confidential right???? Soooooooo, what have you got to loose except inches and lbs??? I think it will be great incentive!!! Let us know what you decide.

I could use to lose 15 lbs 3 times.....but, I think the BIGGEST thing that is holding me back is.....my own petty feelings....this all started with the Big Boss's daughter (who started here in June) saying she wanted to lose 20 lbs by the new year.....that got the ball rolling....I don't really care for her....she is a lot like her mother (who used to work here, and made my job 100x worse than it needed to be)...let's just say our personalities conflicted......anyway, as I said, the daughter has many of her mother's traits....and she is a "princess".....she also has a lot of advantages I don't have....she is young, single, has a gym membership and a personal trainer....all things I don't....I just feel the contest is somewhat slanted to her winning...and I think $100 is a pretty steep entrance feel for MOST of the women in our office.....sure, you'll get it back IF you lose 15 lbs in 6 month (definitely doable)......I just don't know......I don't want or need a bunch of people I work with preaching to me every time I put food in my mouth- kwim???
