About 50 min.@ the gym. 20 min upper body class (w/ 5lbs weights), 15 min. on stationary bike (5.5 miles), and most of the weight circuit (I did not do the arm machines since we worked our arms for most of the class). I will also be at the dance studio for 4 hours tonight.

Stair stepper for 5 minutes, didn't care for it. 10 minutes on the eliptical then people showed up to play volleyball. Played 5 games of 3 on 3.

Busy day, I was gone but I did get up at 5:45 this morning to do Cathe's Step, Jump, & Pump (70 min).
