This morning I did Cathe's IMAX 3 (55 minutes) & this afternoon I did Cathe's Gym Style Back, Shoulders, & Biceps, and stability abs.

Jess you are an animal!!!! *LOL* I walked my dog.. did 100 crunches.. 40 minutes of yoga.. my weight lifting routin and took a 1 hour yoga class!!!!
