6.25 mile walk/ little bit of running w/ my buddies. We walked over to Melissa's house (.5 miles), then walked about another .5 mile, then ran about .5 mile, knee felt a little twinge. So then I walked/ jogged/ stretched/ walked/ jogged/ stretched, and finished up about the last mile just power walking. It was nice to be w/ my buddies though!! We're walking again tomorrow, it was COLD this morning!! I'm glad I pulled out the tights!

Saturday: Walked to and from the Ohio State game (and burned countless calories trying to stay warm :P while there), not to mention the climb up to C deck.

Sunday: 1.80 miles (30 min.) on the treadmill, as well as cleaning the house.
