An hour of step aerobics. 35 min of Christi Taylor's Step Heaven, but she gets on my nerves w/ all of the changes & turns she does, so I switched to Cathe's Step, Jump, & Pump & did the Step section plus abs & planks.

About 45 min @ the gym. 20 min (7.27 miles) on the stationary bike, weight circuit, and 5 min. elipical (.4 miles).
And, I am down another pound! I feel really, really good with this extra water intake (although I feel like I pee all the time!
)

I finally have a workout to post!!!!
It's been about 2 months, but I finally got one in! I did the 20 minute circle workout this morning. Between my knee and work, it's been really difficult for me to do much. I was all set to get some cardio in again this week. My knee was doing so much better, but it started hurting again yesterday.
I think the shoes I wore to church were what did it. <sigh>
