Sadly, it looks like I'll sitting on the sidelines for a bit, again. <sigh> I know I've whined about it quite a bit, so I'll just say that my knee is killing me again and I'll stop bugging you all about it! LOL

AN hour at the gym--25 min of pilates class, 10 min. on stationary bike (3.67 miles), weight circuit, and 3 min. on elipical. Plus, dance tonight!

Well, I made myself get out there and run 2.4 miles and I'm glad I did it! It sure feels like I am starting all over again but at least I didn't have any foot or leg pain...only some side stitches.
Yesterday I did WP Maximum Burn Basics.

Cathe's Gym Style Back, Shoulders, & Biceps. Plus abs from Cardio & Weights.
Yes, I worked out y'day also- made another attempt at running, made it .7 miles before pain & then power walked 2 miles, plus 25 min of yoga & *torture* w/ the foam roller.
Allyn ~ I feel your pain. I went to the Dr. today & am going to physical therapy for my IT band. I hope I have good luck w/ it!

I guess working out at 12:40 am would technically be today, but it could also be last night/yesterday...
At any rate, I did 10 or 12 girly pushups followed by about 10 or so minutes doing a few moves from the WP Buns & Thighs workout.

Plus I did Cathe's Legs & Glutes w/ ankle weights (20 min workout) & abs from Kick, Punch, & Crunch. Then I did some pilates, yoga, and foam roller to stretch my legs/ IT band.
