55 minutes of intervals on the treadmill, then Core Secrets Off The Ball workout with 10 lb. handweights. My hamstrings are screaming....

Hey! I'm doing O.K., just busy! Still making the time to workout so I'm feeling good about that at least, LOL. I just wish I had more time to hang around here. My IT band is feeling the *tiniest* bit better (don't want to say it and jinx it), and I've been doing some easy running intervals on the treadmill. But now my OTHER knee is feeling "funny" around my kneecap. I just can't win! I think it's just some mild tendonitis, maybe because I've spent the last 6 months favoring the bad one, the other has had enough taking the full load, LOL. I've been wearing my Cho-Pat strap on that one and that seems to take care of it. How's yours doing? Still keeping busy with Cathe, I see! I just ordered her Imax 2 and the High Step Circuit (I think, I can't remember for sure now). I also ordered another Kathy Smith step workout and another Core Secrets (Advanced Training Camp). I'm ready for winter!

Good to see you post! I'm glad your IT band is feeling better!! Did you see my post y'day about going to the Dr.?? I go to physical therapy starting on Wed for my IT band. My hottie Dr. agreed that it is my IT band so now to get it back on track!! My hips are still tight, but feeling better. I've been stretching & using the foam roller. I think it's helping.

You'll LOVE IMAX 2. It's so fun & goes by really quickly. I don't have HSC, but it looks like a good one too. Have you ordered any weight workouts or just cardio?? You'd love her weights too, she'll build muscle on you in NO time!
