Nothing on Saturday. We went out with friends on Friday night and partied a little too hard :) .

Sunday: 31 min. on treadmill (1.71 miles), plus about 3 hours of house cleaning.

Today: 37 min. on treadmill (2.13 miles). Hope to get some pilates in shortly.

Also, I am down another pound this week--this 80 0z of water is really working! :yahoo: :hugs: I was a little worried that I would be up today, since I did over-indulge a little this weekend. Now I just keep wondering if I would not have been down more if I had been better this past weekend. :) Oh well, just need to keep moving forward. :hugs:

Today: 55 minutes of running/incline walking on the treadmill. Was hoping to run outside but DH had to leave early. Finished with Core Secrets Training Camp workout w/ 10 lb. handweights.

Sunday: My day off from working out! Worked all day, so I didn't have time anyway.

Saturday: WP Buns & Thighs, ab work and lots of knee/leg stretching.

WP Maximum burn (50 min). I love this workout, haven't done it in a while! I did the arms w/ 5 lb weights & used 1.5 lb ankle weights for the bun/ thighs section.

Today I did 20 mins on the treadmill and most part of the 20 min WP circle w/out ( was in a hurry)!!

Nothing over the weeekend though :)

Nothing for a week! Argh! Did Crunch PYS belly and B&T w/ resistance today.

Today: Leslie Sansone's 2 mile WATP w/ 3 lb weights - the power went out twice during my workout so I had to restart it twice.



Saturday: Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates - Belly, Butt and Thighs

4 miles (50 mins.) on treadmill

WP Buns and Thighs

No workouts over the weekend for me. I hurt my knee last Wednesday and do NOT want to go through what I went through last year so I took it easy for a few days. It seems to have worked since I had no pain last night.
