Sunday: 31 min. on treadmill (1.71 miles), plus about 3 hours of house cleaning.
Today: 37 min. on treadmill (2.13 miles). Hope to get some pilates in shortly.
Also, I am down another pound this week--this 80 0z of water is really working!

Sunday: My day off from working out! Worked all day, so I didn't have time anyway.
Saturday: WP Buns & Thighs, ab work and lots of knee/leg stretching.

WP Buns and Thighs
No workouts over the weekend for me. I hurt my knee last Wednesday and do NOT want to go through what I went through last year so I took it easy for a few days. It seems to have worked since I had no pain last night.
