50 min. step/bottoms class, w/ bands, 20 min. weight circuit, 5 min. elipical.

Off to vote now, then get the kids Christmas pictures take, then a Soup Supper @ church, then my PTO Executive Council Meeting. Whew! I am tired already! :hugs:

McDonald's 15 minute cardio workout - did the hardest level and WP 20 Minute Maximum Burn - I forgot I had the free McDonald's workout and tried it out...it was just okay but it sure got my heart pumping and quads/calves working! It didn't have a cool down which was odd and I definitely felt like I needed to do more stretching which Pilates is great for! :lol:
