Cathe High Step Circuit workout.
First time I tried it and I didn't love it (too much stopping and starting and swtiching steps and weights and bands, etc.), so I popped in Cathe IMAX 2 and got about 15 minutes in before I ran out of time. Now *this* one is going to be a good one- thanks for the rec. Jess!
Hope to do WP Buns & Thighs later today. Hip and knees feeling a little tight this morning.

About an hour @ the gym. 25 min. "Abs" class, 20 min. stationary bike (7.27 miles), 15 min. weight circuit, and 3 min. elipical. Plus, dance tonight!
