About an hour at the gym. 30 min. pilates class w/ weights and balance ball, 10 min. stationary bike (3.67 miles), 15 min. weight circuit, 3 min. eliptical cool down.

Sadly nothing because my ankles are still sore and feel swollen from that silly McDonald's workout I did 2 days ago...guess, I won't be doing that one again...lol! There was too much bouncing up and down and more jarring on the body than running. Think I'll stick with running if I need an intense cardio workout next time.



Off to take some ibuprofen...

Cathe's NEW Drill Max- it's a circuit- type workout w/ cardio & weights mixed in plus the stability ball & bands. FUN & goes by fast but a GREAT calorie- burner!!

Winnie ~ Sorry about the ankles! Try naproxen (Aleve), the physical therapist recommended it over ibuprofen.
