So far I did 30 mins on the treadmill. Want to do Pilates tonight!!

2.4 mile run outside - it's been raining so much the past few days and it finally stopped.

Kathy Smith Fat Burning Breakthrough Step workout.
First time I tried it, it had my heart pounding! Loved it!

Also tried my new Core Secrets Accelerated Training Camp and
made it through 20 minutes before I ran out of time.
I think it's 50 minutes total.
Another good one from Gunnar!
Can't wait to do the rest tomorrow morning.

An hour and 5 min. @ the gym. 45 min. step/bottoms class (w/ 5lbs for parts), 15 min weight circuit, and 5 min. cool down on stationary bike.

I did not get to post yesterday due to computer issues, but I am down another # this week for a total of 8 lbs lost! 12 more 'til my goal! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Cathe's Drill Max. 2nd time doing it & I loved it even more this time! So fun- lots of *functional* work w/ the ball, circuits, different pushups (dive-bombers, core pushups, and pushups w/ weights), plus some really fun *football style* drills. Lisa ~ You'll love it! But prepare to shower right after, man was I sweaty!!! :yahoo:
