I need some recommendations for new workout DVD's. I am only using DVD's 2-3 times per week since I am working out at the gym most days, but I am a little tired of the ones I have. I would like to have some new Windsor DVD's to use the days I workout at home. I have B&T, Abs and Advanced Body Sculpting. What are some of your other favorites? Thanks!

If you like ones that are a bit longer, my favorites are Maximum Burn Super sculpting & Body slimming (50 minute one) & the 45 min Ball workout. And of course, the Advanced sculpting circle workout, one of my all-time favorites. HTH!! Great job w/ the weight loss too, you're doing great!! You can get them all at http://www.collagevideo.com, just type in Winsor & the workouts will pull up.

Hugs,
Jess

One of my favorites is Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates, mostly because of the format. It's in 10 minute segments of each: abs, butt, thighs. Plus, there is a 10 minute total body workout. For me, it's usually late at night and I think I don't have time for Pilates, but I figure I can fit in 10 minutes. Then, once I get started I figure I can do another 10 and another 10 and suddenly I've done 30 minutes! As much as I like Winsor Pilates, this is a nice switch.

HTH!

I agree, love this one. It's easy to just get a quick workout in or a full workout if you do them all. The total body challenge, is that...a challenge. My son actually found it used for me at a video game store!!!

Ya know, I have this one, but have not done it for ages. I guess I should dust it off and give it a whirl at least until I get something new. Thanks!

Thanks Jess. Those are the ones I have heard most people talk about. I think I will go ahead and put them on my list.
The weight is slowly coming off and I am feeling pretty good. I hope I will be "ready" by March. We just put a deposit on a villa in St. John, so now I am super excited. Thanks for the support!

ITA! I did 3 segments late one evening when I was babysitting my nieces and after all 6 kids were tucked into bed. I planned on only doing 2 but once I got started, I kept going.
