5.5 miles of intervals on the treadmill. Running felt fantastic! I think I found my "magic pill"... Cho-Pat braces on both knees! DOH! I do feel elderly. Hope to do Pilates later tonight.

Short on time today. so I just did parts of B&T and Abs from memory. It was better than nothing!

Work hasn't really settled down but I was able to take a few days off (2 of which I still checked email and the last 2, I didn't even look at my email) and went back to work today. Josh had no school for 2 days and for the next 5 days, he has early dismissal. We did some paint your own pottery on one of his days off from school which was fun. I sure did not miss working...lol! I have a ton of email to sort through tonight after I get back from parent/teacher conference for Josh. It was sad that I had to take a day off work to go to the grocery store, get my eyes checked, and get glasses which should arrive in the next couple of days. I really needed a new pair. My old ones broke at the temples and I had to tape them together...lol! I sure miss all of you too when I'm away. There's just not enough hours in the day. It's great seeing you here regularly again! :hugs: I'm ready for more vacation! :rofl: Thanks for asking!

Of course this morning my back hurts LOL. Guess I better do it again :emote_birthday09:
