5.5 miles of intervals on the treadmill. Running felt fantastic! I think I found my "magic pill"... Cho-Pat braces on both knees! DOH! I do feel elderly. Hope to do Pilates later tonight.

Short on time today. so I just did parts of B&T and Abs from memory. It was better than nothing!

My old ones broke at the temples and I had to tape them together...lol! I sure miss all of you too when I'm away. There's just not enough hours in the day. It's great seeing you here regularly again!

Last night I did the WP back workout.
Of course this morning my back hurts LOL. Guess I better do it again
