5.3 miles of intervals on the treadmill, 20 minute BOSU workout.

Another hour or so at the gym today. 35 min. pilates class, 20 weight circuit, and 5 min. cool down on the stationary bike.

Bellydance for Fitness: Daily Quickies - 10 minute Abs and 10 minute Arms, Back & Chest....and I can tell you my abs and arms are burning...lol!
