5.5 mile intervals on the treadmill, then Cathe lower body sculpting workout (20 minutes).
Bleh, hip is so stiff today from sitting in front of the computer all weekend. I feel ancient. :D

WP 20 Minute Maximum Burn (original) - finally regaining the strength in my powerhouse again :)

It's been tough getting my workouts in especially the last week and a half with Josh either having no school or getting out of school early which is around the time I normally workout.

Cathe's Butts & Guts. Killer workout!

And Cathe's Gym Style Chest & Triceps workout after dinner. Felt like frying my arms a bit too to even out the abs/ butt!! :)

Did WP buns/thighs last evening... trying to climb back on this darn bandwagon... AGAIN! :wub: I'm going to do WP abs today, as well as a 5K this afternoon.
