Anyone working out today or has everyone left for the Thanksgiving holiday? Tell us what workout you did today!

2 mile RUN!!! Then felt some twinges in the knee (actually about 1.75 miles) so then I power walked another 1.5 miles, then came home & did the foam roller & stretched. It was nice to run w/ my friends again, I"ve missed them. But 4:30 seemed awfully early this morning!!

1 mile WATP w/ weights - was in a hurry to get it done before Josh came home.

1.5 hours at the gym. 1 hour step/bottoms class w/ ball and bands for parts, 20 min. weight circuit and 6 min. (2.05 miles) on stationary bike.
Felt great!
