45 min. @ the gym. She worked us over pretty hard, so I did not do my usual weight circuit after. We did arms for about 15 min.
I told my MIL that it must be part of her plan to make sure we do not eat too much tomorrow--you can't overeat if you can't lift your fork to your mouth!
Off to bake DH his pumpkin pie and get some other prep work done. Have a geat day!

Just got Power Sculpting for Abs today so did that and my DD made me do the Fat Burning workout with her. I'm so uncoordinated!
