5.6 miles of intervals on the treadmill, then the standing leg work from Cathe's Butts & Guts, 20 minutes I think? Yowza, it was about 18 minutes too long. LOL. Where's the "pain" smilie icon... :)

Hip Hop Animal Rock workout - it's a kids workout that my SIL had at her house...kids started to do it but then lost interest so it was just me and my MIL looking silly...lol! I prefer the Tae Bo Kicks workout for kids over this one. This was just so 80's and you jump around like elephants, kangaroos, and other animals. I would not recommend this one even though it got 4 out of 5 stars on amazon. As one reviewer mentioned, it's hard to keep up with all the various positions and I agree.

Sunday: Cathe Drill Max workout, about 70 minutes.
I always think I'm in pretty good shape until I do one of her workouts... Here's me: :P
(note to Jess: if all that jumping doesn't add some shape to my calves, nothing will!)

I'm telling you, Cathe kicks your butt!!! I loooove Drill Max, it's tough but FUN!!! She will totally shape your calves, did you ever get Gym Style legs??? She has calf raises in there that will make your calves scream!!! :stop: Good job on doing DM!!!

Jess
