Did you run/pYBO? do some other kind of cardio?? Take the day off?? Check in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I walked the dog.. did 20 min. of Adv. Circle workout.. did my weight lifting routine,..,. added some extra reps.. and did 150 situps....

I over did it on flavored sugared popcorn last night.. but it is gone now!!!!!

5.5 mile intervals on the treadmill. Increased the incline a bit more so it was killing me today, but a good killing feeling, LOL. Hope to do WP Buns & Thighs tonight to stretch out.

I'm back!!!!! I think my knee is much better....it was sore yesterday after I wore a pair of thinner heels, but is feeling better this morning for the most part. Those are my favorite shoes. :cry:

Anyway, I did the 20 minute circle workout this morning.

Cathe's Body Max 2 (80 min *Scrambled Eggs* premix), plus abs & the bonus abs from Butts & Guts (have you tried that out yet, Lisa??).

Funny you said that. I was thinking this morning on the treadmill that I really need to do abs and made a mental note to do Butts & Gutts tomorrow. We must have a cosmic karma thing going on between us two and Cathe, LOL. Tomorrow will be my first time trying the "Guts" part, wish me luck. :cry:

Good luck, Lisa!! I love the weighted abs part (she has you w/ ankle weights on & using 5 lb dumbbells), and the bonus stability abs are good too. I am really loving CoreMax also, she has 3 different 20 min sections & of course pre-mixes. I love the variety of her ab workouts. Some of her abs are similar to pilates moves (she even does 100's & criss-cross) but others are different which is great! The planks are killer as well as the planks on the ball!!!

30 min infra red sauna.
