An hour and 15 at the gym. 60 min. step/bottoms class, and 15 min. weight circuit.

Leslie Sansone's Walk and Jog - short on time today so this was a nice briskly paced walking workout...an oldie but goodie I had forgotten about.

WATP 2 mile express with weights. Had to modify a bit due to my knee...can't do those side steps! My knee is a little tender after the workout.
