5.5 miles of intervals on the treadmill, then Cathe Abs.

I did Butts & Guts yesterday, and I'm in serious pain today! I feel like someone kicked me right square in the behind, LOL.

I didn't make it through the abs yesterday, though, I ran out of time. So... today I did the whole abs from Butts & Gutts then her stability ball abs bonus workout on that DVD. I love her stability ball ab workouts! But Holy Moley, that woman is a MACHINE! When she did those pushups while pulling one leg up, I laid there in awe.....doing this.... :hugs:

I know!! She does kick your butt!! Those pushups are killer!! I think you'd like her CoreMax, some great ab work in there too. I love the abs on B & G!! Glad that I *hooked* you onto Cathe too!! :hugs:

couldn't do pilates on Wednesday. Day 3 with a migraine, not a real bad one, but enough to be debilitating. And my back pain from my fall was really bad, too. I think sitting in the car for 3+ hours driving to inlaws and back really aggrevated the pain. It's hurting so much again. Boo Hoo! And my son was arrested at school yesterday for being in a fight. *Sigh* just when I thought he was doing better.

It was a long day...I hope to fit it in today...

You poor thing!!! Sorry about the migraine, I know they're no fun!!! Take care of yourself. Hope everything works out ok w/ Drew. :hugs:
