My mom is the real estate agent. And the people must have just gotten her name off the sign, since they did not have an agent of their own. Anyway, mom said that they really liked it and asked her to refer them to someone for financing!!!! Maybe we will get an offer!!

The first showing people are trying to get financing, and we had another showing tonight. I sure hope something happens soon. I want my new house!!!

So what happened? No offer?
