Low ball of course, and they are going FHA, so it still may not go through. We countered - we will see. I was hoping for anything but FHA. But anyway, an offer made me feel better.

They accepted our counter, and we are set to close on the 14th of June. It still may not go through, we will see after the FHA inspection. FHA is hardnosed about their requirements, and DH is hardnosed about not fixing anything else. OUr house is old, so it is what it is. Wish me luck. I really don't want to carry two mortgages, but will if I have to.
