I wear mine when I remember.
Forgot today.
I wore it on July 4th - when we took our hike and went 18,997 steps.
Yesterday, I wore it most of the day, and hit 9,588 steps.

Wow--that's a lot of steps on the 4th!! Ouch!
I have one and use it sometimes. I like to know how far I've walked.

Wow! That is a lot of steps! I might have to look into one of those to wear during the day just to see how much I walk.
My 3.1-mile walk got me 6,200-something steps tonight. 
Monday - July 14th - 11326 steps - AFTER I did 1.75 miles on the treadmill this morning.
