what willl you do to stay on track this week.

This week isn't too bad. I have dinners planned out, but not other meals. Just went grocery shopping on Friday, though, so I should be set to stay in check.

Tuesday will be hectic - school registration after work and then Matt's baseball banquet. (Can just imagine the healthy food we'll be having there! LOL)

Looks like a nice night for a run or bike ride today though!

I made the best chicken salad ever yesterday, and I'm going to have that for lunch again.

I have been running everyday, but last night I walked, due to extremely sore shins. I walked about 4 miles. Since I have been exercising, I sleep sooooooo much better. smile.gif

I went for a bike ride last night. Not sure exactly how far; my GPS kept shutting off, and then ran out of batteries at about 6.5 miles.

I don't know.....my allergies are kicking in.....I've got a very stuffy head and a sore throat. Don't feel much like eathing though.....
