after double sabotage last weekend (Halloween, and a weekend away with DH to a friend's big party), I am back to where I was last week, which is impressive after the way I indulged!

so I walked all but 4 school days in October, which is due mostly to having strep. I am down a total of 9 lbs now in 2 months. I *REALLY* wanted to make it to 10, alas.

Hoping for 13-14 by thanksgiving . . . I still haven't gotten consistent with pilates in the evenings, but I'm thankful that the walking has stuck.

I'm back.

Again.

Anyway. I'm down 8 lbs this week. No exercise, Tuesday is my target start day for that. Hopefully I can keep up my progress. biggrin.gif

welcome back Pam!

I got 50 min in this morning, 3 miles. I think I need to pick up my pace, I'm doing 16 min miles now . . . I think I can do at least 15 min miles, and maybe add a few jogging intervals in again . . .

I was going to walk this morning.

Lovely - woke up with a swollen face. Allergic reaction to some unknown substance.

Try again tomorrow.

1 hour 3.6 miles today

I really wanted to bag it because I've been up working til midnight for 3 nights in a row and looking at the same W and TH . . . I am tired! but did it anyway and I am proud! smile.gif

So Tuesday was farther off than i thought, but i did 45 mins of walking on the treadmill, keeping my pulse in the weight loss range. That's hard to do when you're use to trying to build up stamina and speed!
