Title :: Salmon Casserole

Ingredients ::
  • 16 to 24 oz. of salmon (I used fresh salmon; you can use it from a can)
  • 3 eggs ((beaten)
  • 2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T minced onion
  • 1-1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4-8 oz. mushrooms
Description ::
Salmon bake with breadcrumbs.

Grease crockpot.

Beat eggs, set aside.

Put all ingredients in a large pot and mix together, add the eggs and mix again.

Place the ingredients into the crockpot.

Cook on low for 3-3.5 hours.


I served mine with very fine egg noodles. You could also serve it over rice or just by itself.

We also had applesauce and homemade rolls.
