I lifted some 5 lbs weights for some sets/reps. And, I did a bit of stepping on my mini stepper. It wasn't much 'cause I'm not feeling well but it was certainly better than nothing!

Great job, Peggy! I hope you're feeling back to 100% very soon.
I've been plugging along, but haven't done a good job posting here. Yesterday I did P90X Legs & Back. Today I went for a one hour barefoot trail hike. The blanket of fall leaves on the trail made for a really enjoyable hike -- they provided just enough cushion for the gravel, sticks and pointy things and made a lovely crunch, crunch sound as I walked along.
