Stepped on the scale this morning and did NOT like what I saw!!!!

Back to healthy eating for me! Started the day right with a big bowl of oatmeal.

Hope to hop on the treadmill later.

Well I'm trying to get going again.

Not sure about exercise yet (frankly I'm to damn laxy, hey at least I'm honest)

But I brought a new glass for water at my desk, I was using a metal water bottle but I"m not a fan of ice cold water and if I filled it in the morning it would still be cold by the afternoon. So I brought a glass one in today.

I also made my eggs this morning, 3 eggs with a bit of salsa 1 piece of WW bread.

My lunch and snacks are packed, yogurt, grapes, 15 carrots, 1 piece ww bread with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, apple and raw veg (cucumber/peppers,/snow peas)

I tracked my calories all day, ran a little more than 2 miles tonight, and had enough calories left to indulge in a small piece of cheesecake! biggrin.gif

Figured I could start posting here again since I have actually made some progress lately...for a very rare change! In the past 3 months I've lost 19.2 lbs (that .2 is important since it means I lost more than 19 lbs and 20 lbs by the end of the year was my goal, LOL.)

Today I did a 45 minute walking/toning workout with Chris Freitag I found on exercise tv on demand. I've totally slacked on strength training the past few weeks so my arms are REALLY feeling those 10 lb dumbells tonight!

My next goal is to lose 8 lbs (for a total of 27) by February 1st. Its a pretty lofty goal considering how slowly I lose, but I'm gonna try anyway!

I lose sooooooooooooooooo slowly and it's hard not to get discouraged, so I celebrate all 19.2lbs with you!

I did 2 miles WATPs with DH tonight: Classic Walk and Arms Walk. Felt good! I love the Arms workout....
