Yesterday wasn't supposed to be a rest day; however, when I got home from my school board meetings at 9:30 p.m. I just didn't have it in me.
I walked my 3 miles on the treadmill today, Friday.
Saturday: Level 1, Program 1 of Jillian Michaels' iFit -- about 1 mile, 20 minute program w/lots of levels.
Sunday: 5 Miles on the treadmill -- took me about 1:45.
I think Monday is a rest day. If anything, I'll do Pilates or a bit of Arms/Abs.
