I got caught up in home improvements this week and did not read much. So, I'm still reading:

A Lineage of Grace. I will probably read a chapter or two for now.

Our IRL book club chose this book for April: Skeletons at the Feast by Chris Bohjalian. I read one chapter of this and I'm not sure it's for me. It's set during a World War and seems to be a bit depressing. We'll see.

And, DH and I are going to read F. Scott Fitzgerald's Tender Is The Night. We still hope to discuss it sometime in April.

Edited to add: I've been listening to: Songs of the Humpback Whale, Narrated by Jim Colby, 12 Cds, by Jodi Picoult in my car. It was slow to get into but now I just want to find out what happens. I'm on CD 8 or 9 of 12. smile.gif

I should be finishing "Peony in Love" tonight. It's good...really interesting to learn more about the culture and beliefs of the time.

Finished Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood, moving on to book 2, The Year of the Flood. really liked Oryx and Crake, totally different from what I've been reading . . . and downright hilarious in parts. (and depressing in parts as well . . .)
