Monday: 65-minute walk with my family after dinner, about 10,000 steps, 4 miles. Hoping to get Pilates in later!

I had such a busy week last week I didn't even TRY to fit in workouts! I still lost another 1/2 lb though! yahoo.gif

Monday: Day 1 of the next phase (Push) of my ChaLean workout. Loved it! Feeling stronger! Also did a 40 minute walk on the treadmill.

Yes, I did just finish WP Buns & Thighs!



Tuesday: I officially took a 25-minute, 1 mile or so walk after dinner; however, I put my pedometer on in the morning and had nearly 10,000 steps on it after my walk. So, from grocery shopping, errands, etc. I did put on some mileage!

My right calf is feeling really tight and bothering me. I think I'm just tired. So, I'm going to wait to do more Pilates tomorrow. I'll stretch it all out then.

Yay, Allyn! Losing weight slowly but surely is a good thing! (I think I've lost about 7 lbs. so far...and 3 inches. I will take more measurements next week or so...but it's all good!)

Wednesday: Day 2 of Push workout. Was going to do some cardio, but I'm just ready to get the day over with. I'm still more than 400 calories under my goal anyway.

Thursday - July 1st

I dragged my butt out of bed and did a quick 20 minutes on the treadmill this morning. - its a start.
