Yes, I did just finish WP Buns & Thighs!
Tuesday: I officially took a 25-minute, 1 mile or so walk after dinner; however, I put my pedometer on in the morning and had nearly 10,000 steps on it after my walk. So, from grocery shopping, errands, etc. I did put on some mileage!
My right calf is feeling really tight and bothering me. I think I'm just tired. So, I'm going to wait to do more Pilates tomorrow. I'll stretch it all out then.
