It was in the 90s today and very humid. The heat index put it over 100 degrees. So, Sunday, today, I took a leisurely walk tonight at the elementary school with my hubby. Probably 3/4 to 1 mile.
I hope to get a walk in early tomorrow since it's going to be another scorcher!
Monday: 2.5 mile or so walk in a little less than an hour w/the boys. We're hot and tired but we did it! Hope to cool off and get in some Pilates later.
Tuesday: 1.5 mile walk with the boys.
Wednesday: 1.5 mile walk with the boys. Then, WP Buns & Thighs -- that is getting easier so I need to push it up now and get back into perhaps the upper body workout and/or the WP Abs workout.
