The realtor called today. Our buyers sold their house. Now we have to be out of here the week after Memorial Day.
I have not packed 1 box. I start a new job in two weeks. Oh, and we have NO WHERE TO LIVE!!!!!!!

DH just went to look at a house for rent and a an apartment complex that does short term leases. The place we were going to go to doesn't do short term leases anymore. Well they do BUT you have to lose a months rent to do it.

This sucks, sucks , sucks... I don't think I can survive a whole summer w/o central air! I am so spoiled after haiving it in this new house.

Anyway, I guess I should go pack something.

We are building. The house will not t be finished until the end of August or mid- September. So we'll be moving into temporary housing for 3 1/2 months.
Gotta get some boxes and start packing. The tough thing is that I'm not sure what to take with us and what to put away for months!

You should rent a home here on the Cape! Lots of seasonal rentals here!

I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to. But I just took a part time(2 days a wk) and I start 5/2.

That is awesome!!! Now, you don't have to worry, worry and stress, stress over them selling their home. You can get through a few months of not having your new house done.

To have your house sold is one less thing to have to stress over, you will find temp. housing and before you know it you will be in your new house. That is so exciting and I am happy for you.

We sold our house and moved in with my sister and her husband for 4 1/2 months before our house was completed. It was very stressful for us, but in the long run it worked out great.
