now we are being told that the retaining wall off of driveway is going to be made out of boulders found in the lot. BUT if we pay EXTRA we can get something else! I am soooo fucking sick of everything being extra. There is nothing in our P&S that says what the wall will be made out of. We already asked our attorney to look into it. I feel like theay are sqeezing us for every last cent we own.

So they have to forrage for materials now or make you pay? That is insane! I hope you attorney friend finds a way to make 'em give you the good stuff without charging you!

Oh that is ridiculous!! That is such a fear of mine with building...everything is double than what you're told and it'll take twice as long!

I hope your lawyer can starighten it out for you. When do you think the house will be completed?

It should be done by 9/15

Yup - EVERYthing is extra!!!

As forthe retaining wall I think its pretty standard to use the rocks from your property and i think it looks nicer than some kind of engineered stone!!
